Some of the male dancers in this talented Company have themselves achieved star status in their own country and the incredibly athletic Dmitri Smirnov is one such principal dancer who is featured in this most entertaining production of Swan Lake. The National Dances featured here are both colourful exuberant and accurate to the finest detail and all performances are a credit to them and to the Moscow Ballet – La Classique trainer Evguena Novikova, herself a former pricipal dancer with the company.
