Ticket Exchange or Refunds:
We regret that tickets once purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged. We will accept tickets for resale, subject to a 10% handling charge. The tickets will be put for resale only after all of the venue's own tickets, for that performance, have been sold.

Infants and Babes in Arms Policy:
This policy is in place to ensure that nursing mothers may attend performances where it is not possible to leave the baby in someone's care. A nursing mother is permitted to bring a baby inside the auditorium without a separate ticket as the baby can be classed as ‘part of its mother’ provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The baby must be under 9 months.
  • The baby must remain in the arms of its mother at all times whilst inside the auditorium. An infant in a car seat is not considered a Babe in Arms.
  • The Box Office must be informed of any Babe in Arms at time of booking in order that seating on an aisle can be allocated. It is expected that infants who become restless or noisy can be promptly taken out of the auditorium.

We regret that Babes in Arms are not permitted for drama productions.

A valid ticket must be purchased for all infants 9 months and over.

Car Parking Facilities:
There is ample parking in the Ashley Centre Car Park, which is adjacent to the Playhouse. There are 31 marked bays for the disabled and parking is free  provided a Disability badge has been displayed clearly in the windscreen.

Facilities for the Disabled:
The Playhouse has provision for up to eight wheelchairs and attendants per performance depending upon the stage format. These are situated on the same level as the stage and have easy access from the Foyer. There is easy accessibility to the disabled toilet and both the Myers Studio Theatre and the bar are on the same level as the Foyer. Those with motorised wheelchairs please notify the Box Office at the time of booking.

Epsom Playhouse has an infra-red Listening System for Deaf and Hearing Impaired people. If you wish to make use of this facility please say so at the time of booking and our Box Office staff will book one for the performance/s of your choice.

Guide Dogs:
Guide dogs will be permitted in the auditorium for the sight impaired, but please inform us at the time of booking.

Mailing List and Patron Database:
When booking, our Box Office staff will ask for your name, address and contact telephone number and we request this information to protect your booking. This is taken so that in the unlikely event your tickets do go astray or you mislay them, we are able to trace your reservation on our computerised booking system. You may be asked for either proof of purchase or some reliable method of ID, ie a Driving Licence. You can rest assured that the information you give us will not be passed on to any third party. This is for your protection and in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Should your telephone number be ex-directory and you choose not to give us the number, please realise that if there are any last-minute changes in the booked performance we shall be unable to inform you.
