For every ticket purchased you receive five loyalty points which are entered onto your Playhouse Passport.  Once you have earned 50 points you will receive a £5.00 voucher which can be used against future professional shows and films.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Please allow five working days for your membership to be processed
• Your membership is valid for 12 months from date of application (6 months for unemployed renewal on production of ES40)
• Student membership applies to anyone under the age of 26 in full-time education who can produce a student card
• Family Membership includes 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years.  Family add-ons available on request
• Corporate and Group Membership available on request.

The Book Now Pay Later Scheme allows members to book all their favourite shows in advance without making immediate payment.  Payment will be requested one month prior to the chosen performance.  Should the event sell out earlier immediate payment will be requested.
