During an illustrious career that has spanned over sixty years, Peter Purves has become one of the country’s most popular presenters and actors, having appeared on our television screens in more than 2500 programmes. These include the golden age of Blue Peter between 1967 and 1978, with John Noakes, Valerie Singleton and Lesley Judd, over forty episodes of Doctor Who, with the original Doctor William Hartnell, and last year Peter celebrated his fortieth anniversary as TV presenter and commentator of the world’s greatest dog show, Crufts.

Remembering Glen Campbell is a concert celebrating one of country music's most influential artists.

Featuring classics “Rhinestone Cowboy”, “Galveston" and “Wichita Lineman”, as well as critically acclaimed later works from “Meet Glen Campbell” and “Adios” this concert reflects on a career spanning 50 years and 70 albums.

Performed by the G.C. Project; vocalist Damien Edwards (Elvis -The Musical, Orbison) and musicians whose credits include Cliff Richard, The Shadows, Shakin' Stevens, Martha Reeves, Darts and even the man himself, Glen Campbell.

Epsom Players’ celebrated Cafe Cabaret returns to the Playhouse stage for the 1st time this Autumn. Sing Sing Swing celebrates the wonderful sounds of the Swing era, including over 30 of your favourite Big Band numbers, from Sinatra to Gershwin to Madonna! 

Join us for this all singing, all dancing extravaganza, accompanied on the stage by the Neil Franks 18 piece Big Band! It will certainly be a night to remember.
