The following conditions apply

Transaction charge (Applicable from April 2019)

A £1.50 transaction charge is applied to all ticket purchases. The fee of £1.50 is charged per transaction on all purchases made via phone, online or from the Box Office. It is important to note that the charge of £1.50 is applied per transaction and NOT per ticket.

Payment by Credit Card

Payment may be made using the following credit cards: Master Card/Visa Connect/Visa Debit/Switch/Solo. For further information, please contact the Box Office on 01372 742555 / 742227.

Tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection either on the performance day or collected in advance during opening hours.

If you require tickets to be sent please add £1.25 to the transaction total. The Playhouse cannot accept any responsibility for tickets lost in the post.

All reservations will be held for 4 full working days from the booking date or 45 minutes prior to the performance, whichever is the sooner. After this time, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Ticket Exchange or Refunds

We regret that tickets once purchased, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Pre-Ordered Drinks

You can pre-order your drinks before the show


The use of cameras, camera phones, video or tape recorders are not permitted during the performance


Epsom Playhouse has a no-smoking policy

Infants Policy

Infants under the age of 18 months are admitted for free and are very welcome at Epsom Playhouse. Prams and car seats cannot unfortunately be taken into the auditorium, but storage space is provided, left at the owner's own risk.
