Epsom Symphony Orchestra

Saturday 4th May 2024

The Epsom Symphony Orchestra brings you a Spanish Fiesta of music, with compositions that reflect the vibrancy of this wonderful country.

Ravel’s Bolero is the music to which Torvill and Dean ice danced their way to a gold medal at Sarajevo in 1984. Most will also recognise Chabrier’s rhapsody for strings, Espana, inspired by the composer’s tour of Spain.

Award winning Scottish saxophonist, Richard Schofield joins us to play the Carmen Fantasy for string, featured in several films.
