Epsom Symphony Orchestra: A Night of Music from the Movies

With highlights including Verdi’s Sempre Libera from Traviata, Dukas Sorceror’s Apprentice and Wagner’s Ride of the Valkyries, the first half contains classics not written for, but made famous through their use in films.
Be sure to return after the interval though (sadly without the popcorn), as the second half is filled with all the film music we all know and love. From swashbuckling to wizardry and romance to drama, there really will be something for everyone to enjoy. There might even be some Extra Terrestrial action, so come prepared for a night at the edge of your seat!
